hellow folks idk what to do atm I just came to play this tera today and I was looking at the awesome epic [filtered] they sell I wanted to buy 40 usd (45 euro) of emp and it succeeded (the money got of my bankcard) but I stil dident receive any emp,,, what can I do? its not normal?

    Just want to be sure... TERA EU and TERA NA are two completely separate games with separate cash shops. If you are playing on TERA EU and you purchase Thalers there, it will not count as EMP here and vice-versa. So, first, please be sure of what version of TERA you are playing.

    Second, check to see that you received a confirmation that the purchase was successful. If so, it should appear in your account within a minute or two. You should be able to see it on the web store. If you did not receive a confirmation, it's possible the transaction failed. It may still appear as a "pending transaction" on your bank card, but the amount would not have actually be fully charged. If it is still a pending transaction and did not complete, it would reverse itself in a few days.

    I bought really emp on this server. I noticed that lmao :p but how is it possible that's pending? when it said to me succeded and when I return back to the normal page it says sorry we could not accept your payment,,, I hope it wil come back and iam from the eu its normal then?

    and also it went fully of my bankcard the both amounts I bought. so idk rlly whats going on,,, if its pending I would see it in my banccaccount,

    It can happen for a few reasons. One of the reasons can be if the address you provided isn't a match for what the bank has on file. Another reason could be if the CVV2 number was entered incorrectly. Or another reason could be that somehow it was blocked by some sort of fraud detection scan.

    I think the best thing to do would be to contact EME Customer Support to ask them if they have any more reason about the failure. You could also try again with a different payment method. But yeah, if it still shows up as a "pending" transaction on your bank charge and wasn't actually completed, then it's just a hold and it will go away.

    well I tried one time with 45 usd and 1 time with 20 usd both diff ways and both succeeded (I got this on my screen ) when I want to return it says that it could not be completed but the amount of money is gone gone not pending gone,,, cos I can see it in my list of payments,,,

    I don't know how your bank works; each has a different way of indicating held/pending transactions. I really do think it's probably still pending/held since the error means EME didn't get the money, but in any case, the only thing you can do is contact EME Customer Support and ask them to look into it.

    yeah I sended ticket to them alrdy I just wanted to have a nice night cos iam off working today and spended some money in tera hahah :p well I should wait I guess,,, sadly :(

    If you did it on a card , your bank can remove it like the transaction has completed , but if they are unsure as to the receiver they will treat it as a suspicious removal of funds and hold it then in a few days return it and won't tell you has happened to me a few times now so I use PayPal
    Last time I sent I was out of pocket a couple of transactions = a few hund for a few days and I had to get up the bank and I had done the same prier that they had allowed then started to put holds on the payments
