no emp recieved
hellow folks idk what to do atm I just came to play this tera today and I was looking at the awesome epic [filtered] they sell I wanted to buy 40 usd (45 euro) of emp and it succeeded (the money got of my bankcard) but I stil dident receive any emp,,, what can I do? its not normal?

Second, check to see that you received a confirmation that the purchase was successful. If so, it should appear in your account within a minute or two. You should be able to see it on the web store. If you did not receive a confirmation, it's possible the transaction failed. It may still appear as a "pending transaction" on your bank card, but the amount would not have actually be fully charged. If it is still a pending transaction and did not complete, it would reverse itself in a few days.
I think the best thing to do would be to contact EME Customer Support to ask them if they have any more reason about the failure. You could also try again with a different payment method. But yeah, if it still shows up as a "pending" transaction on your bank charge and wasn't actually completed, then it's just a hold and it will go away.
I don't know how your bank works; each has a different way of indicating held/pending transactions. I really do think it's probably still pending/held since the error means EME didn't get the money, but in any case, the only thing you can do is contact EME Customer Support and ask them to look into it.

Last time I sent I was out of pocket a couple of transactions = a few hund for a few days and I had to get up the bank and I had done the same prier that they had allowed then started to put holds on the payments
