Channelworks has the shortest queue time of any dungeon, doesn't mean it's the dungeon people enjoy the most. Likewise people don't necessarily prefer kumas royale over FWC, they just expect a short queue for kumas while FWC might not even pop.

Just be sure not to get scammed lol If you get an etching you can't really use like a healing etching when you don't play healers then I guess you have nothing to lose. Honestly if they don't want people trading those things they should make it so…

As long as GvG isn't forced on any guilds I don't see why pve servers shouldn't have it.

They did add the "additional reward" that changes every day, unfortunately FWC and Gridiron only get one day of the week each and Champion's skyring gets nothing.
