mine glow'd a dark blue just lvl'd up to next weapon and from enchant 1 to 6 it was just black from 7 to 9 on new weapon now glows like a light aqua blue my gunner is a lvl 44 (almost 45) and the current weapon can only enchant to 9

and id say no cant say 100% you will get that particular one as I read it after getting mine and not the gunners one I thought id get its changes in appearance is also related to the level of enchantment your weapon is
