Service Transfer Q&A from Naddic
Hello Closers! I know you all have a lot of really important questions concerning Naddic's Closers service management so we sent some of them to Naddic.
Well, I've got great news! Naddic has been awesome enough to send us answers to your questions..
Question - Where will the server hosted by Naddic be located?
Answer - Servers will be located in North America for faster and stable service
Question - Will Naddic bring stamina/Fatigue system back?
Answer - There’s no plan to bringing stamina/fatigue system back.
Question - What patch schedule will Naddic use? Weekly, bi-weekly, monthly?
Answer - Basic patch schedule will be bi-weekly. But it’s flexible considering the content and holidays.
Question - Will content change to match the Korean build?
Answer - World server will keep its contents as it is – such as no fatigue system. Major contents already introduced in Korean server will be released in World server step by step.
Question - Will elite/platinum status be carried over, and if so, are there any planned changes?
Answer - Elite/Platinum status will be carried over. But you might lose some days due to the small gap between EnMasse server close and Naddic server open. We are going to recover the lost days through granting Elite status item to you.
Question - What will happen to the IP ban for Indonesia and Vietnam since both server already shutdown?
Answer - Players from Indonesia and Vietnam will be able to access and play Closers World server.
Question - The last time we have the server merge/transfer ( from EU server to NA) we have some name change / name release. Will Naddic also offer something like that when we transfer over?
Answer - We will maintain every closer/character names as they are. None of the in-game user information will be changed due to the transfer.
Naddic would like to hear more of your questions and concerns regarding our upcoming service transfer. We will continue to review this thread and pass on questions. And of course, I will update when we receive Naddic's answers.
Closers Service Will Continue With Naddic
Today we delivered some bad news about the future of En Masse Entertainment. But I also have some great news to share about the future of Closers. Naddic, the developer of Closers and En Masse have been preparing to transfer game services to Naddic. Your time as a Closer will continue.
En Masse will continue to support Closers with 2 more content releases currently scheduled for August 31 PDT and September 28 PDT. Then toward the end of October we will begin transferring our data to Naddic who will bring servers back online with all of your progress preserved. You will not lose anything during this transfer and your new home will be with the developers themselves.
There is a lot for you to look forward to with this change of service. I am very excited for the content Naddic has lined up for you. Stay tuned for more information.

If you want the build you should do research on your own, I've already found some builds for WG wasn't hard at all
You're in a thread where OP is specifically asking for a skill build guide. Good for you. You found one online, now you can either kindly share it or just stop acting stuck up and like you're smarter than someone else because you can use google. Big ole thinking emoji
UPDATED Steam Launcher issue April 20
We are aware of an issue affecting Steam Launcher updates for the recent April 20 patch. We are working on a solution, but have found a workaround.
UPDATE
If you updated your Closers client through Steam on April 20 between 6:20 PM PDT and 8:00 PM PDT (UTC: April 21, 01:30 – 03:30) and are unable to enter the game, please follow the instructions below.
- Navigate to your Closers game install location. To quickly find your game install location follow these instructions
a. Right-Click Closers in your Steam game library list,
b. Select Properties
c. Click on the Local Files tab
d. Click the Browse Local Files button - Navigate to the following path **closers\DAT**
- Delete the following four files
a. UNC_HEADER.CMF
b. SCRIPT_PACK.LUA
c. SCRIPT_PACK.CMF
d. HEADER.CMF - In Steam, again Right-Click Closers in your library list and select Properties
- Click on the Local Files tab
- Click the Verify Integrity of Game Files button
- Once steam compete file validating your game files, launch Closers with the PLAY button
If removing the four files listed above does not work to resolve your issue, you may need to manually delete your Closers install and re-install with Steam Note: Steam uninstall function alone will not resolve the issue. You need to manually delete the game folder.
- Locate your games local install directory
- Use Steam's uninstall function and uninstall Closers
- Manually delete the remaining Closers folder in your Steam Library
- Install Closers through Steam
We realize not all players can easily re-download the 10g game. We are still looking for an easier solution.
If you are able to re-install, that could be the quickest solution.
We appreciate your understanding.
License Price
I think everyone feels the same way. The price of the License is way too steep.
It is definitely a Season Pass of sorts, and it pushes people to be active on the game and that's good. But a season pass that's worth $50? The prices in the store are obviously terrible and everyone knows that, and I personally have to say, the rewards are not worth that price.
Please get a check of how much a sane person would actually pay for the items offered.
$15 dollars sounds fine, even $20, but $50?
Whoever is putting prices on the items in this game...
Re: Canadian Server, Enmasse, Korean Server and Updates
Did you know that making claims without facts doesn't make it true? However, i just hope that they end it all and give the game license to someone that cares.

BB status quo
I just don't understand why some people, specially high TCP ones, have to rush BB raid within 15-20 minutes at the expense of an entire squad or two not getting an SS reward (possibly only obtaining A/S or even E/F).
How can this happen? To put it simply, they put all the high tcp players into a single squad and proceed to obliterate everything much faster than the other 1 or 2 squads. Then they do 3-4 runs which leaves the other squad/s having insufficient points to reach SS. It also guarantees everyone in their squad to earn SSS. Not to mention there are some people who, for the love of god, do Core twice. This renders an entire squad wasting their time and effort because the former wants to take advantage and save their precious time.
I can understand if they do this if the other squad/s can't finish the run because they dissolve due to DCs/crashes or just not enoguh firepower/skill before they got wiped out by one-shot mechanics. But sometimes it's not like the 'weakest' squad can't finish the run or finish it fast enough. It's just that Squad 1 (usually) finishes the run SO much faster. They don't even care about balancing the squad and spreading high TCP players across the 3 squads so that runtime would be pretty much the same for everyone.
It's suffice to say that this is a very inconsiderate move. I don't want to create an issue and "rant" in the forum but being partied with these people for the last couple of weeks is starting to take a toll on me. I'm already sacrificing my sleep time just so that I can play this raid. I just want everybody to have their fair share of experience and rewards.
I don't want to experience this again. My solution? I'm just going to create my room from now on, or atleast pick leaders who I had good experience with.
P.S. If you're the leader, you can drag a player's avatar to arrange his/her placement in squads. 9/10 rooms I've joined don't even know how to do this. Please balance the team. Thank you.
Re: New to the game.
It's worth trying imo.
I returned to the game fairly recently so I'm not as jaded as some people but I find plenty to enjoy here. The gameplay is fast and smooth, the classes seem to have high ceilings so you can always feel a payoff from self improvement, and the content seems to be challenging enough up until you heavily overgear it - but even then there's something to be said for clean runs and mechanical accuracy. The overall design is flashy and polished. and there's enough depth in the combat to keep me entertained. The market seems to be stable and bots appear to be non-existent thanks to various imposed limitations within the economy. The fashion and wardrobe systems are great if you're into that.
I'd say those are the main reasons why the game has kept my interest thus far. If you don't care about those things, ymmv.
As for the pop - the population in all niche KMMO's is low but it's mostly a non-issue because these games are designed to run on low pops. Either way, I play with a small group of friends so I've never experienced any negative impact stemming from a lack of players. I imagine if you come to the game with friends, you'll have no issues whatsoever on this front.
Coming from Kritika, which is a mind-numbing power fantasy, this game is a breath of fresh air. And tbh if you have people coming from BDO you should have zero problem with the cash shop here.
I'll also say that EME gets a lot of shit from people and I'll admit that they've made some questionable decisions throughout their history in various games, but I've had nothing but positive experiences with their customer service - they're hella nice, respond quickly, and will usually go out of their way to help you as long as your problem is within their power to address.
Give the game a shot - nothing to lose really. Worst case, you don't like it and move on.
Overflow/BB Raid Times and North America...
I'm surely not the first person to have brought this up, but has there ever been any consideration for adding some additional overflow/BB raid windows into the current schedule? The way the times stack up currently, both the opening times for Beelzebub and Overflow are almost entirely overlapped with NA's working hours (Average 8AM-5PM). There is some space for those on the east coast of NA (3 hour ish window from 5pm to 8pm?), but this window progressively shrinks as you move west across the continent. Personally, I'm on the west coast and have pretty much zero chance to get any access to endgame content during the week.
For reference (Add 3 hours for conversion of PST to EST):
Overflow Times
10-11 UTC 2(AM)-3(AM) PST
15-16 UTC 7(AM)-8(AM) PST
18-19 UTC 10(AM)-11(AM) PST
20-21 UTC 12(PM)-1(PM) PST
23-24 UTC 3(PM)-4(PM) PST
0:30-1 UTC 4:30(PM)-5(PM) PST
1:30-2 UTC 5:30(PM)-6(PM) PST
Beelzebub:
16 - 2 UTC 8(AM)-6(PM) PST
With the times laid out as above, hopefully its clear enough to see the time restrictions. Assuming those of us who have jobs have on average a 30 minute to 1 hour commute, that pretty much takes out all the available access times [for the west coast or anyone who's unfortunate to have to work long hours on the east]. I'm not asking for the times to be changed, but as this server does service both NA and EU, it would only be fair that access times be equally available for both regions. It would make far more sense if Overflow was open every other hour or even every two hours, while Beelzebub was open for a full 12 hours (16 or 24 would honestly be more accommodating, but I won't be greedy). I'd even be happy if a tiny 30 minute window was available between 2UTC and 8UTC was opened. At least that would give us a sliver of opportunity to get a little bit done...
