So to start off, im glad we had server merge and Naddic/Eme has given me such an nice yet mixed experience in game we call Closers. Last 3 months since i started playing was an awesome experience from trying to figure out planar gates to getting into crew with most awesome and funny people that showed the game and helped with content. You guys are awesome.so much so that i have logged every day since early november. And never had a day off.

Truly thank you for the game experience.

However, recent few weeks been nothing but negative and disastorous experience for my part. Lack of content has been always bit of a concern and lenght between releases a bit painful. But these are but minor things compared to disaster i would call server merge.
Idea was simple to unite shrinking population from Eu side with Na side to make one large community called World server. It's not bad come to think of it; all complains about lack of populus for PvP, lack of items on BM and having more people to actually party up and enjoy the game content instead of soloing most of it sounds darn good. At dear CM's did good with suggestion of merge. All seems fine. Then merge happens. Sure housing got locked down, but you guys made more than fair compensation for it, for which I truly salute you!
But there is one BUT. You guys messed up purification progression.

Every single player who has played Purification, contamination hell and overflowed on EU side lost their progression to end game missions, which would reward rare and expencive trinkets, wings titles and more. And that all progression is now lost forever. It doesnt matter if you did it 2 days or 2 months, it's all wiped off. And this did not affect anyone who was playing on NA server, their progress is kept solid on World server.

Now it has come to my attenction that EME has lost all data for EU players for purification. When asked CM Hime on discord what happens to purification progress and will they restore it, this was said;
"From what we were told by EME, it isn't that they won't do it, but rather because they literally can't.
I would need to ask more regarding specifics, but it's not impossible to return the lost progress
Hence why a puri compensation box was made for that as well
It does suck though"

So we got compensated with about 50 multi dimensional crystals, and other minor crap for puri. Which, i remind you will be sent to every EU player despite whatever your progress was. And i truly gotta say it's pretty generous expecially if you are newer to purification/contamination endgame, since it will truly help you out in long run. However .. what about people who have spend months in puri? Who have grinded and did hell for progress to get set pieces or titles. It takes months to get thoose.

You guys do understand that you can do only so much every day with daily limits? You guys do understand that you can do only certain bosses every day? And you guys do understand that people don't play just 1 character right? Personally i have played puri since early december and thank you to crew members who gloriously carried and coached me through whole thing. But i have progressed since then on 2 characters. And now all progress is lost. But don't worry have some craft materials, im sure your charaters which are already geared will need some more!

I do not wish to point fingers, cry or whine endlessly, but reason im making this is because i lost atleast 2 months of progress, yet few of my crew mates have lost a lot more. One was literally a week away from reaching trinket and another mate wanted title. I do not understand how few dimensional stones and tickets can restore that.
Now im so afraid and demotivated to do anything in game, since i know that i can't trust this game staff with my progression. Lost all will to compete and most importantly im really thinking; after investing more than 500e and 700 hours in game that will erase my progress and just treat it with blind bribe of otherwise useless materials is really something that is worth my time? Im really struggling here since i have most awesome community of people as crew and they are only reason still keepin me in. But this is really a low blow. And im so confused to what to make out of it.

So what now? .. Im afraid to progress in game since i have to start a new, and side by side with NA players who not only has their progress also they will get and keep all puri titles and gears. Now just think about it how prices of gear will rise knowing that some players have no hopes getting them otherwise. Also as side note, heard that people from NA will get boxes too. Is that true?

Otherwise, sorry for rant. But im truly at my end here. This just feels like low blow with middlefinger on top.
