Go to the buy EMP option on website and when it ask for "payment" method choose this one
The service offer 700+ different payment type/method ( you can even use some gift card). you can check if there is something that you can use in your countries. I'm not sure what type of cards/gift cards are comment in your country.

I think thats where most people are annoyed. More gacha than content. But now we should avoid trying to reach max upgrade value on cores and mods as beelzebuzz raid might come after September.

tbh, this planned forecast schedule is really taking too long. imo, they need to increase the content faster.

This is actually that bothered me for ages too. Especially now when servers are merged disconnects and crashes might simply waste you a daily run. Happened few times in some less significant dungeons and once in contamination overflow.
I mean most of valuable gear drops AFTER completion of dungeon anyway, so why not make it register entry at completion instead of at entering dungeon?

It's possible to do that in KR's latest raid, Beezlebub(perhaps because it's a 12-man raid and takes much longer to complete vs usual raids), though it'd be great if it was for all dungeons as well.
