Closers Enmasse is no exception as well and is happening as of now, with TCP ranking low as 2.5m for most character which is a symptom of players going inactive and also many people from the Public that does not have any forum account or gaming account created, which your team could see in your newly released video of those complains directly from them.
So 2,5M TCP is low... Guess all of your friends had low TCP then, because 2,5M - 2,8M TCP is what Top EU players had (with few (less than 15) - exceptions). Maybe your friends will come back when they realize they will be TOP TCP players again, even after the merge!
I know everyone wants new content. Next week, we are going to get a whole new area, new level cap and much new story content for every single character that the game has to offer now. It's 13 characters with diverse stories. None plays like the other. People who don't even have played the game could just create a character, play it through the story and see if the game even fits them. And surprise, surprise, they have much time left to farm gold, (enhancement, etc)materials and get items from daily login rewards to make their Bai great as soon as she is released.
It's not always good to release everything as soon as possible or in big chunks. Take GW2 for example. They release big updates every two or three months (with only additions to cash shop and minor fixes in between), bringing new maps, more content, new skins and more. But people complain hours after the patch hit that they have seen it all and not going to play until the next update comes out.
You simply can't make everyone happy.
Re: Roadmap expanded on
My dissatisfaction is aimed more at the fact that some updates are so small in actual content that there isn't any need for them to be standalone updates -- particularly Task Force promotions. In the past, most Special Agent promotions have been standalone updates, but there have also been cases where a Special Agent promotion was released at the same time as a new character. The Task Force promotion does require more time to do thanks to time-gated resource gathering, but it's still only a matter of running the same single dungeon a few times.
I mentioned it before, but not everyone is interested in every promotion for every character. I myself have enough materials set aside for 5 Task Force promotions (minus the time-gated materials obviously) with no plans on doing the others until a later date if I eventually amass enough materials and interest for them since I don't plan on throwing credits at the market for characters I don't play as much.
Going back to my comment about 10 months, that was based on unseen updates. With Luna and Seha TF in September, it follows that Nata's is in November. Nata TF came out at the end of January, so I suppose I should really treat it more as a beginning-of-February release which puts it at 9 months after KR.
I'm personally fine with the current road map (as is, I have a nice present lined up for the vicinity of my birthday), though I would've preferred at least some slight squeezing together where updates are perceived as minor updates. I have a friend who's been constantly complaining about there being nothing interesting up until April for obvious reasons though. I know that KR updates, particularly actual content updates, are quite spread out but the TF updates have historically been a week apart which means our 2 week update schedule is actually widening the gap between us and KR for those particular updates.
Dungeon re-entry / Daily entry consumption
Something that has bugged me for a long time in Closers is the inability to rejoin a party in the event of a disconnection or crash. I know that most content can be completed in such a short amount of time that by the time a player gets back into the game, the dungeon is likely already completed, but for the affected player such a situation comes with the additional penalty of losing an entry count and entry key if they crashed upon entry; on top of losing out on the rewards they would have obtained from the run.
I understand that entry consumption upon completion is exploitable though. For one thing, dungeons with intermediary drops can be farmed indefinitely this way. There's also the possibility that players may choose to willingly force close the game to fish for more geared parties.

Furthermore, new content releasing in a slightly faster pace is necessary to show to the community and also the outsider public that this game is worthwhile to play as it showed effort in getting these content that people are highly anticpating for everyone. And like what @Rapheal mentioned, Releasing huge chunk of content is totally possible, and IS AN OPTION that @BearShoes and the team could take into consideration in releasing the content at a faster pace instead of the spreaded out content for each month. This is a feasible plans as the suggestion given were the GM just need to create an event monthly with some good rewards to cover up the lack of content that @BearShoes spoke of.
New things to do every two weeks is not fast enough?
Especially for someone who hasn't even played any current available content? ![]()
Do you really think they (EME) haven't considered releasing huge chunks?
It's not the first online game they've got. You can bet they did, and decided against it.
It seems that you haven't even considered what happens when EME rushes content and catches up to KR faster; even slower content updates from there on. ![]()

I do think Bai's release in April is way too long. So we got Luna in November, then Bai in April... That's 6 months. Then, the gap between Bai and Seth is 3-4 months, which I think is the perfect amount of time between char releases.
I think Luna release was on December, so till April thats 4 months. The problem was the characters before were released every 2 months so people expected Bai on Feb. I dont mind waiting till April but still think it was a big mistake by Eme releasing characters that close. If wolfhunter team were released every 2.5-3 months maybe they could avoid this problem.

I'm not knowledgeable about Taiwan's history of updates, so I have nothing I can say in that regard.
For more recently, it's something like...
8/23 Soma
9/20 Soma SA
three month gap with no content bar 1 event and 14(fourteen) different washer gachas
12/06 Nito
12/20 A9
1/10 TF
1/24 TF
1/31 Bai
There's some speculation from my circle's end that since we were going so fast, Naddic slowed us down(and had TW speed up) to keep TW players from going crazy from discontent ![]()
TW is a real money maker afterall(also the publisher is the same for JP server, so they probably have alot of voice), even things like the snowflake eye that we can craft, has to be bought for 10bux in their cash shop, and all their deals cost more while often giving less. They could even get away with releasing 3 chain deals one after the other with no breaks(night raid, mini zenith, currently bird portrait). TW whales are super intense.
They get like 2 washers every 2 weeks and are like 1? washer behind KR, I think they might be ahead of CN in washers...

15 friends of yours quitting this game after server merge. That's a pretty hefty amount of people especially if they are top rankers aka Top 10 players. That's explain why recently in the TCP ranking, most of the characters have low TCP nowadays. Previously, most of the character have the average of 3M TCP as bare minimum in rank 10th before server merge. But as of now, after server merged.. all I see was TCP below 3M. Most of the top 5 below are filled with TCP as low as 2.5m or even 2.4m. This analysis justify that many "Whales" or known as Casher have already left the game because of someone who suggested server merge, which we all know is Solbane's suggestion during one of the forum discussions previously. This is strongly supported by the statement from @Icywizard that 15 of his friends who are top ranker TCP has already rage quitted. In fact, the figure should be more as this is just a side analysis from @Icywizard. This is indeed a worrying factor and a problem to sustain the healthy population in our server.
They were talking about friends from the EU server. Top (Rank 1) TCP in EU was actually always below 3M TCP (with few exceptions). Most were in the range of 2,6 - 2,8 M. That means your observation may be right, but the comments from IcyWizard don't support this. It would mean that NA Players, who have been almost completely unaffected by the merge, have been moving away.

As it stands now, a lot of people are going to be inactive for months to come, which means people aren't going to be as interested in the sales or whatever.
Fortunately, you guys put that dates are subject to change. So all it would take is moving Bai up to late Feb or early March, and you would get people excited to play once again. I doubt this will happen, but if it did, I think it would be quite beneficial to the community and the game as a whole. You could even make a news post or an announcement out of it: 'Hey Closers! Get ready, because Bai is coming Feb. 26th!'
