Well the problem is they said that characters from both regions will be transferred to new server but in reality eu characters got transferred to na, and the server got name change.
I wrote update to the first ticket... but in reality I'm not even sure what can I do if they still say no, since even if I will protest and stop playing it won't make any effect (I'm sad that I always tried to be supporting to the enmasse, watched their streams, said to my friends that playing on private server is worse and that enmasse server is not bad... and in the end I got this kind of treatment just because I'm from eu).

exactly, I'm gonna stay for now till we hear anything about it, if it ends up being unable to fix and compensation sucks as well I'm gonna quit too. Even though, I can't imagine any compensation Eme would do to fix this matter, since it's months of farming regarding Wings and Puri Accessories

all we know is that it is cool, so that could be a hint to something reffereing to cold but I don't think that is the case here so we will find out when they reveal the information of what it is .

My prediction would be something to do with valentines day

Off Topic Side Note my B-Day is on the 12th and would love to get Bai as a B-Day Gift but again I don't think this will happen (would be awesome as all heck to happen though)

My entire point to the previous post is this:

If there is no free character slots available at the NA side of the account, no characters will be transferred because there is no free character slots to transfer the characters to.

Both NA and EU characters will transfer to the new "world server" until the account capped characters slot ( higher level/exp and earlier creation have priority)

that's what I mean, it kinda feels like being swept under the rug right now, we don't hear anything about it anymore and it was really a lot of work farming it all

Nope, not acceptable. Reopen the ticket.
They screw up their merge, they fix their merge.
Of course support is busy right now because there's so many issues, but that is no excuse to waste all the time spent on those characters because of some technical issue.

Quoting the news post:

Q: What happens to my characters and purchased character slots?
1. Please review your characters ahead of the server merge! Characters on your account(s) with higher levels/EXP and earlier creation dates will be transferred first.
2. Characters from EU and NA servers will be transferred to WORLD server until all character slots are filled, up to a maximum of 20 slots. We will be unable to recover any characters deleted during this process.

If point 1 is not applied correctly, point 2 is void. Work on it.
