You have to complete a green quest in hunters night to get acesses. I think you get it after completing the first chapter( yellow quests) there.

The following is a summary of the skill changes based on what someone posted in a Chinese forum (I haven't played all the characters, but based on the ones I played, that poster's information basically corresponds to our update, so I'm assuming it is accurate for all):
Seha
- Empowerment and Empowered State now resets the cooldown of Burst entirely instead of merely reducing it
- EX Shot now always deals Back and Chase damage; deals 50% increased damage for every 3rd EX Shot
Sylvi
- A counter for EX Blades of Discipline has been added in the status bar
Yuri
- Spin-Kick Rapid Shot now deals True damage, as well as guaranteed Air/Back/Chase damage, at the cost of increased cooldown
- Invincible Yuri can now be cancelled while casting using the Cancel skill
J
- Second Prime's damage multiplier per level has been increased
- Health Drink's effects are buffed, and is also a proper damage-dealing skill now
- Groundbreaker now deals 100% increased damage while under the effect of the Last Hurrah buff (up from +50%); also deals guaranteed Air/Back/Chase damage
- Fixed a collision issue of Full Body Massage
Misteltein
- Release! now effects a larger area (including height)
- Magic Lance: Niflheim's buff now extended to 15 seconds
- To Me! now effects a larger area, and provides a stackable buff per cast (up to 5 times) that increases Back/Chase critical damage
- Laevateinn receives increased range and damage as well as lowered cooldown. A counter for it has been added in the status bar. The Sword of Frenzy effect now also deals guaranteed Air/Back damage. However, the Sword of Frenzy effect is now triggered only by every 3rd cast, and EX Mjolnir no longer resets the cooldown of Laevateinn, nor strengthen its effect
- EX Aegis Rush now allows two additional inputs; however, Einheri Mode no longer resets its cooldown
- EX Mjolnir now deals True damage, instead of buffing Laevateinn (see above). Also, every cast of Magic Lance skills now decreases its cooldown by 1 second (previously 0.5 seconds)
- Magic Lance: Fenrir (both vanilla and Awakened versions) now decreases target's max HP by 0.5% (down from 1.5%)
- Ragnarok now benefits from EX Aegis Rush's buffing of Release!
Nata
- Night Hunt receives increased range and damage. Also deals True damage, as well as guaranteed Air/Back/Chase damage. Fixed 10 second cooldown
- Grinding Blade now deals True damage and Air/Chase damage while under the effect of the Fiery Fiend buff
- EX Torrent of Pain now recovers 10% MP and 15% Phase Force. Applies even if casted while holding the down arrow key
- Increases the damage reduction duration of Fireworks's additional input
- Fiery Fiend can now be cancelled manually and its effect will no longer disappear even if interrupted. Its buff effect is also improved

- EX Dimensional Singularity's buffing of Flash of Pain can now be stacked up to 5 times; also Empowered State now provides 2 stacks of Flash of Pain buff from the get-go
- Improves the Dragon's Will passive's buffing of Empowered State and Summon Familiar

- Fatal Device now has a 120 second cooldown and is more manoeuvrable. Its Remote Aiming Support buff lasts for 50 seconds. Under the effect of the buff, the additional input of EX Thunderbolt now deals even more True damage, and Battlefield now also deals True damage
Violet
- The Extreme Basics passive now provides two buffs upon entering Exceed and Semi-Exceed states respectively. The buff from Exceed state increases physical/psi damage and can be stacked up to 10 times; the buff from Semi-Exceed state increases physical/psi critical damage bonus and can be stacked up to 20 times
- Transcendence receives increased range and its buff is now a fixed 30 seconds. It also increases damage dealt by 10%, and increases a target's incoming damage by 15%. Additionally, casting any skill after casting Transcendence will now provide a buff that increases Air/Back/Chase crit damage that can be stacked up to 7 times
- Reinforce Blow's Straight attack now deals increased damage, True damage, and guaranteed Chase damage
- Fluttering Blade now deals True damage, and enables Semi Exceed state upon completion. Can be cancelled manually
- Hyde! (both vanilla and Awakened versions) now decreases target's max HP by 1% (down from 2%)

- The Star Guardian passive now enhances Defensive Posture and Pegasus Kick's Counter attack, increasing its damage and causes it to deal True damage and guaranteed Air/Back/Chase damage

- Charging Slash's Moon, Snow, Flowers threshold changed from 2/4/6 to 1/2/3 stacks
- Ice Cage's Master cube effect now also provides +10% damage during Empowered state

- Casting Wild Nature Release now decreases the cooldown of finishing moves by 6 seconds (down from 10 seconds). Additionally, Wild Nature Release now increases total psi power by 0.5% (down from 1%)
- Selket's Seal's Thorn Binding explosion damage is decreased
New Phase Wings
Hi relatively new player here (been playing for under a year) and I just wanted to chime in on the new phase wings that were released in the patch recently. I feel as though a lot of the end-game content is obtainable through a lot of grinding and perseverance but the upgrades for the new phase wings feel like something completely unrealistic. I enjoy the PVE aspects of the game so I took the time to save up and get my sig costumes/tunes/equips and while it took a long time it didn't seem unrealistic to work towards a few hundred mil per costume piece or save up phase fibers and whatnot.
For me, it's valuable that every player up to this point has been on relatively even ground (other than the fact that you would need to use real money to continue enhancing gear) and I feel like my character has never had a severe disadvantage regarding gear. I feel respectably strong enough even compared to whales, but these phase wings just seem completely impossible to upgrade for your average F2P (or someone who spends a bit of money for elite) player and it feels painful to have a big gap in stats that basically needs to be bought with real money.
First off is the Splendid phase fibers-it costs a ton of credits and time to save up phase fibers to upgrade costumes to 3 stars and then salvage them. This is totally fine though in my book because the avenue to gain these materials is completely accessible-it just takes some dedication.
The issue comes up in the other two mats needed to upgrade the new phase wings: Costume fusion fibers are not available in any form other than through events and EMP - I see that there's about two or three being given out for free and then you can also craft one during the current event. This covers about the first two upgrades and then there is 102 fibers left to get the other 8 upgrades. Each of these fibers run 290 EMP ($2.90) X 102 = $295.80 for the rest of the fibers...Is this the only way or will future events pass out more of these fibers? Will we ever be able to actually get all 102 through events?
Then the last material needed are the Phase Wing Essences - This seems like an insurmountable task-while it is possible to get all of them with credits, Phase wings generally run about 600 mil each in the black market (and each phase wing drops one essence) and we need a total of 55 essences to upgrade the wings to 10+. This would mean 55 X 600,000,000 = 33 billion...once again it feels like this large advantage in stats is only afforded to those who are willing to pay out of their wallets and it feels awful.
I love the game and I appreciate this community I've interacted with and I honestly want to see the game have a comeback in popularity-I've come to understand a lot of the community has said the game is dying/whales are keeping it alive so one side of me understands why content like this comes out-but the other part of me feels as though these pay to win/get stronger stat gimmicks really hurts the community and lowers incentive to play and stay loyal to the game.
Re: Im coming back to the game, have some questions
- Uh you didn't state when you left so i wouldn't know... However, at the moment there are 2 characters pending to be released in this server.
- The current lvl cap is 88.
- Considering we are getting whale wings the next update, I would say more p2w lol.
- The end game is and (probably) always be the same. Farm dungeon> get mats> craft gear, with the occasional rng like transcending gear.

Z-Train Event Dungeon
Z-Train Event Dungeon has been added to the first level of Planar Gate. Experience a thrilling train ride on the rails of Busan!
A short story quest line for the Z-Train event dungeon has been added.
Requires character level 40 or higher to enter.
1 Dungeon entry per day per account.
- Gain Zombie Hearts by completing Z-Train dungeon clears, use them to craft unique Z-train event rewards in the Event II tab in the MatterMixer crafting workbench.

- Unique craftable Z-train "Zombie Slayer" display title has been added.

- Craftable Z-train Phase Wings have been added.

- Unique craftable Z-train visual frame has been added.
