Overflow/BB Raid Times and North America...
I'm surely not the first person to have brought this up, but has there ever been any consideration for adding some additional overflow/BB raid windows into the current schedule? The way the times stack up currently, both the opening times for Beelzebub and Overflow are almost entirely overlapped with NA's working hours (Average 8AM-5PM). There is some space for those on the east coast of NA (3 hour ish window from 5pm to 8pm?), but this window progressively shrinks as you move west across the continent. Personally, I'm on the west coast and have pretty much zero chance to get any access to endgame content during the week.
For reference (Add 3 hours for conversion of PST to EST):
Overflow Times
10-11 UTC 2(AM)-3(AM) PST
15-16 UTC 7(AM)-8(AM) PST
18-19 UTC 10(AM)-11(AM) PST
20-21 UTC 12(PM)-1(PM) PST
23-24 UTC 3(PM)-4(PM) PST
0:30-1 UTC 4:30(PM)-5(PM) PST
1:30-2 UTC 5:30(PM)-6(PM) PST
Beelzebub:
16 - 2 UTC 8(AM)-6(PM) PST
With the times laid out as above, hopefully its clear enough to see the time restrictions. Assuming those of us who have jobs have on average a 30 minute to 1 hour commute, that pretty much takes out all the available access times [for the west coast or anyone who's unfortunate to have to work long hours on the east]. I'm not asking for the times to be changed, but as this server does service both NA and EU, it would only be fair that access times be equally available for both regions. It would make far more sense if Overflow was open every other hour or even every two hours, while Beelzebub was open for a full 12 hours (16 or 24 would honestly be more accommodating, but I won't be greedy). I'd even be happy if a tiny 30 minute window was available between 2UTC and 8UTC was opened. At least that would give us a sliver of opportunity to get a little bit done...

Does the ability to purchase enhancements and tuning plugs in the EMP store exist in KR, and are they as arduous to attain by in-game means as they are here? At this point I'd just like to know where my malcontent should be directed if not EME.
It's the exact same in korea. same prices, same packs, same ways to obtain the fuels & gearboosters & tuning plugs or whatever. exact same. only different thing is events. Events in korea give more than what we get in world which is perfectly fine because they are 8+ months away from us and has been existing for 5 years meanwhile closers enmasse will only be 2 years old next month. It's the exact same thing flame it as much as you want.
Re: 100% Transcendence Stone
somehow i manage to transcendence my 2/2 mod BB and the last one is core which is difficult to transcendence.. > @Bekir said:
Take your time, the latest items are always difficult transcendence.

They'll exist in the future. It costs elixirs to make them or an alternate craft that requires multiple stones. (Takes about 3 weeks to craft 1 stone)
EDIT: Personally I rushed my main so that I could help carry my alts more. For my alts I'm just crafting 3 stones a day (3 boss runs a day, 5 on days with investigation raid) and just yoloing them, if it succeeds then yay.
at least its guaranted 100% transcendence better than yoloing them T_T

You can literally buy character power > Not pay to win. I don't really follow lol.Except free to play players participate in endgame content, BB 12-man dungeons. My main is 4.6m Tein, and I got two alts at a little more than 3m TCP and I'm free to play for everything except costumes x)
If you want your character to be perfect: perfect SS tunes on everything, high enhances numbers on gear. You're gonna have to pay, but you aren't winning anything except a cosmetic border if you manage to place Top 3 of your character. And costumes doesn't bring power.... just please
.
I get your point but... Do you need signature costumes or fancy stats to beat the game?
P2w literally means that the only way to progress in a game or in order to win it you would need to pay real money.
Or in best case that is almost impossible for a f2p to progress in the game.
Maybe from a pvp perspective this game is p2w. I can't talk about that 'cause is not my main focus on this game. Also considering that the game main focus is pve and that there is pretty much no monetary barrier to advance in any of the dungeons or raids I can't really say that is p2w.
A thing that may be considered p2w in a competitive pve event would be elite, as example: a player with no elite will be at disadvantage against one with it in something like divine battle, this due elite or platinum giving more daily entries to the dungeon. But aside from that I don't really see much competition from a pve stand point.
Are eme and naddic greedy? yes, like pretty much all companies out there. But do you need real money to win the game? Not really.
Do you need +7 million tcp and everything +17/SS tunned to beat David, Hoffman, Yod, Hell or even the new raid?
Not at all.
Now to be fair: Naddic is definitely going the pw2 road, this can be seen in some of the Korean updates and even some of the updates we are getting soon. I can assume that this is mainly due Nexon becoming even more greedy than before. They been shutting down games like crazy, canceling projects and firing people worldwide. So even if Nexon handles the game really well in Korea (way better than eme here in my opinion) I am pretty sure that Naddic is freaking out the moment, 'cause they know that if this game doesn't generate enough revenue it will be immediately shut down by Nexon, there will be no second chances, no change in strategy. That is the new approach of that company now.

Re: New to the game.
TL;DR: Don't bother trying it. Also Closers is not an mmo, there is nothing massive about it lol.
How healthy is the population of the game?
On a steady decline since its launch. Can it be completely soloed or does a new player need to depend on other players?
For leveling yes, but you will need a party for high end content if you are new.Are veteran players connected and motivated help the new players maintaining a healthy player-base, and expand the population of the game?
Uh I guess it depends on the person, it is hard to generalize. How does Enmasse treat its player base?
They try their hardest to strip the whales of their money.(100usd packs lmao)Is there a crafting system and a gathering system?
Yes and technically yes, although gathering is very limited. Are costumes considered gear and are they required to be upgraded?
Yes, but you only need to get a special costume called signature costume and you are done. What risks are we to encounter when upgrading gear?
From 0 to +10 none. From +10 onwards only -1Do developers or Enmasse respect the overall player's time spent within the game? (Drop rate balanced, enhancement rate balance, PvP Balance, RNG)
Not really, although recently enhancing got revamped and it is way better. Is there anything in the cash shop that will benefit and GREATLY empower a player that's dual-wielding credit cards as opposed to single wielding or not wielding one at all? (VERY IMPORTANT, this will affect the migration to the game on a large scale)
Yes. But if you are ok with black dessert you will probably be ok with Closers lol.Are cosmetics in the cash shop, is it a Gachapon Game (Lottery draws)? Or can cosmetics be bought outright?
Both. Are costumes in the Cash Shop and does it give players an advantage?
Yes. Not really, all the costumes share the same item set bonus.

an advice dont touch the game just p2w in every way and server already empty and rates so bad
Not really. While the game does have some gacha and cash shop elements, you don't really need money to progress in the story or to complete the hardest raids and dungeons.
For me a real p2w game is one in which you literally need money to progress in the game... Or a game which allow you to buy pvp gear directly from the cash shop.
Good example of p2w games could be:
Old Archage in which pretty much everything was behind a loot box. Not sure if the new version is p2w tho.
Other example is PWI: In that game people could buy mats for pvp gear directly from their cash shop. Considering that it is an open world MMO you could be one shot for any whale if you played on a pvp server or if you activate pvp mode on a pve server. Also same can be said about all their pvp events in which you had a single whale able to aoe and one shot 10 or more people easily.
Re: Couple of Questions for a Returning Player
2)Yeah, you should do purification and contamination hell to farm the materials needed to make the pilgrim trinket set which is the 2 purification trinket combined. You can also get the puri weapon/mods and transcend it at least to stage 3 (fanto I think was the name for the weapon at that stage)
You also should try to do both Wolfgang and Hoffman training programs. Those 2 bosses give you the bug lumps that are needed to craft the Demon's Night set. This set is part of the content that came after puri and contamination hell that way you can try to do Beelzebub side Bosses and dungeons (not raid) in order to farm those weapons, but focus on puri first.
In case you have some friend that is willing to carry you in the whole beelzebub sides and side bosses, you could even use some of the mats from those dungeons to craft boxes which can give you contamination hell and hoffman/wolfgang mats which could even speed up your farming more., still I advice you to get a bit more geared in order to survive there.
Those Beelzebub side bosses have a chance to drop the new weapon/mods which are our current end game gear and more powerful than puri. That gear can also be transcended with mats from those same dungeons.
3)you can now trade purification mats for contamination hell ones (only for the trinkets and one of the mods)
Crafting The demons night set is more easy now since it requires less bug lumps: 30 from wolf and 60 from Offman for the full set.
4)They changed her face a bit, but I am not a Yuri main so can notice too much difference. She also got her Task force, so you can learn a New Special movement (combined Attack with Violet and Bai ) and a few passive skills. You can also craft task force uniform. All that can be done in the fantasy world dream theater hub.
Re: Are our patches going to be three weeks apart instead of two now?
Not sure if they really are making the 3 weeks apart content a permanent thing. It could also just be either Emme or Naddic taking vacation or something.
I have to say that I completely agree in most of what you are saying here. They really should pay more attention to the in game economy and game population in general. I can clearly see that the BM seems way more dead than it used to be. I may be completely wrong but there seem to be less people injecting cash shop items to the game and also less people running dungeons and raids in general. Also the few thing that are put on bm are probably immediately bought by the billionaires in game. There is a few items that luckily you can still get at reasonable price but still we can see the decline in general.
They at least should make some good sale for their spenders in order to boost their sales a bit.
They also should do something in order to bring back some of the people that left.
What can they do about that? Not sure what can bring people back permanently to be honest. But there were some events in the past that at least gave good rewards, new ones seem to be way more... how to put it... not very atractive.
The scavengers event is actually really funny, it is kind of like a Power rangers parody, problem is that once you know the story the rewards are the only thing left, and most people do events for the rewards and not for the lore.
In the past I remember some event gave permanent 3 stars Camilla costume effect wings, you could even get this in multiple characters, but it was bound so no abuse chance there.
In some other event they also gave some bound random signature acc part. I even end up buying a full DC set for my Violet thanks to a single free and bounded part they gave at the time.
Don't get me wrong, I am not saying that they should give everything for free, I am fully aware that this is a business for them and that they need the money. But in my opinion if they give a good reason for people to login and play the game, there are more chances that people keep playing.
As example: if they do some event that gives only garbage, no one is gonna really care, but if they give something really cool once in a while many people will jump back into the game, not only that but also many of those who are not high spenders may feel tempted to spend real money, or even if they don't spend real money, at least they indirectly will do it by buying stuff from cash shop players. This would also make people to at least be constantly looking at their news section looking for the cool event....
In my opinion the current update is actually pretty cool, but I am one of the people that constantly play the game, so this content is indeed targeting people like me that has been playing the game non stop, and also maybe a few that quit for a few months and decided to come back for the new raid and gears. But not sure if a guy who quit ages ago is gonna care about a raid that he is probably not even gonna be able to do.
There is also the problem that you are never going to please everyone, so there will be always people that want some sort of thing, while others want the opposite, this will inevitably leads to people rage quitting the game.
