yes the one you got for free from events are often "character bound" ( aka no resealed/non-tradable) . It's working as intended

I believe ClosersHQ Wiki is the most popular one, but I think the majority of the players play on the KR server. They do have a decent sized discord, so most likely if you'd like to help improve their wiki you'd need to join and ask.

Not a wiki contributor myself but I sure browse the wikis now and then. Sadly the pages seem to be a bit outdated.
Also not sure wich of the 3 wikis you mean. There is at least 3 if I am not wrong: ClosersHQ Wiki, CLOSERS Wiki and Closers Online Wiki. The 3 seem to be about the same thing, but I can guess they are made by different people.

Now If I can think about something cool to see on the wiki, or even as some sort of indepedent web, it would be some kind of item database, sadly I see this kind of feature almost impossible to make, this mainly due the fact you would probably need docens of dedicated people creating thousands of entries for the many items that an online game have. Or you would need someone with good coding skill + Naddic willing to handle the info about the many items that the game have.

The game that i used to play in the past: PWI have a really big database which contain from basic potion Items to materials for crafting, armor, weapons, etc. It even contain the bosses and monster from the game. The cool thing about that database is that from what I understand it extract the info from the game files in some way, but I dont think that would be an option for closers. Still it would be cool to have some sort of big collection of data telling you info about items and specially where or how you can get those items. Here is how it looks as example of what I mean:

"This is the only stuff actually worth investing real money" tier:
-Platinum membership
-Shared bank space
You literally can only buy these once and never bother again to use your money (Except to renew plat if you want to). Everything else can be farmed with enough patience and dedication well most of it (A very good chunk of it). Will probably annoy you in some ways like inventory space, character slots or appearance at first but those do not change your gameplay experience at all.

Solid investing tier:
-Maid celine/housing
-Alraune fairy/gardening
-Elite membership
If you still feel like dropping a little bit of money these are guaranteed to pay you back with very useful services. You can definitively live without them though.

Luxury tier:
-Personal inventory slots for your main character
-Personal bank space for your main character
-Costume pieces slots for your main character
-Pets on sale (But not all of them)
-Character's special starter package
If you are going to spend more money might as well invest it in more useful stuff like bank or inventory space. If an actual good pet is on sale or has been added consider to buy it also you can get yourself that special package for your main character since it includes decent goodies (Including fatigue potions)

Vanity tier:
-Costume sets
-Any pet on EMP store of your choice
-Synchro fibers (In bulk)
-Personal bank space for your alts
-Daily deals
-Agent/character slots
If you want to put more money in this game there is more stuff you can get. Assuming you already have the previously mentioned services and you still have money you can please yourself with these which are not necessary since you can farm in-game for costumes, pets, fibers, etc.

I have money to waste, lots of it tier:
-Accessories on EMP store
-Individual costume pieces on EMP store
-Lootboxes/gacha
-Collectors Edition/Nightmare costume box
-Any material on EMP store
-Enhancement gear on EMP store
-Special Ops resets on EMP store
-Pretty much anything from the EMP store
-Minor starter packages or bundles
-Mega/gigaphones network devices
-Housing furniture and related stuff
-Seeds
-2nd Skill Bar
-Personal inventory slots for your alts
-Black Market additional slots
-Costume pieces slots for your alts
-Any sale that costs tons of money
-Unlocking the mission's tab space
-Hair on Soulworker
[Whale sounds intensify]

Just a tip, retune the T5 Purification mods for the EX ice shards tune instead of tuning the planet mod for it. when you're changing T5 Purification mods you'll use beelzebub ones and that's level 86. You can unlock LV10 Ex ice shards directly on lv86.
