Regular and Special Agent Costumes
We should have the option to craft the permanent versions of these costumes all of the time. I understand that tying them to event periods is how the Korea does it, but can't you guys change the way it works for our servers? Will people even be able to craft the SA outfits after every character's Task Force promotion event is done? So far we've only been able to craft them during characters' respective SA and TF events.
At the very least, please consider bringing in more events to allow us to craft the Regular Agent and Special Agent outfits more often.

FYI, Bai's Dark commander set has the best voice recording compared to other rare costume sets (according to Korean Namu wiki -closers)

Diagnosing echolalia
A professional can diagnose echolalia by having a conversation with the person with echolalia. If they struggle to do anything other than repeat what has been said, they may have echolalia. Some children with autism are regularly tested for this during their speech lessons.
Lack of Variety in Costumes :C
NOTE: This is mainly just for like cosmetics or "end game" things to do, skip to bullet points for summed up stuff.
The EMP shop for costumes is pretty bad, there's still no separation of clothes. Such as if I wanted to get a top piece from a full set, why is that not possible to get? If full sets are 1990 emp, where its 5 pieces total. Why can't each piece on its own be like 500 emp, this way if someone wanted a piece its 500, but for all of it, its about 2k. Like a "good deal" to the buyer. But this just means it's harder to have a variety of costumes because not everyone can just buy sets.
As well as the bitna gacha shops, they just keep cycling and the only thing that really changes is the current rare costume. Couldn't just all of the costumes from before just stay in the gacha in the case someone wanted to get an old one rather than see it listed for a high price because it's no longer in the gacha or it's just not sold by anyone.
Maybe make a "free" costume store, where you can buy costume pieces with credits? Or bitna gacha paid with credits, another credit sink but possible to get costumes like the basic ones.
ALSO, those "limited" times to get the costume sets, like why? And then it becomes gone forever until like the next BIG SPENDING bundle or something. As well as multiple types that can't be switched?

I'm just kinda tired of seeing everyone dressed the same because there's little to no differences in available costumes.
1. Let EMP shop allow for separation of clothes
2. Keep the bitna old gachas too, just change the contents or dont, so everyone can get Dark Command/Cyber/Zenith depending on the gacha they pull from
3. Bitna gacha with credits?
4. Ability to buy costumes with credits in emp shop (but prices aren't too cheap, or they can be cheap so everyone can get rare costumes easier cuz dismantling them ez)
5. Stop those limited sets that expire, maybe lower price for limited time instead.
* Ex: 6 pieces for 2000 emp for limited time. After time has expired then 2500 emp for full set, 500 emp for each piece (3000 total).
6. Make it so you can change the Type A to B/C with credits or something like 100 emp. This way people don't have to wait for someone to have the type they want or keep pulling until they get it.
* I know you guys did it for the Domestic maid set. It's color swapping.
7. Random note, i wanna use cyber motion with dark command voice :c

Maid Celine works as "they claime" she would.
She gives you access to one (two with elite maid) extra explorations, and you can use her skill "Cheer" 3x (6x with elite) to reduce exploration time.
And you get a few buffs for exploration like +50% Credits and EXP from explorations, as well as 2x item rewards.
But you have to unlock "Housing" first by reaching level 16, iirc.

As Rukia said. The "Dark Fiber" works for Bai, and that it is not a "bug". The decision lies with Naddic to let EnMasse release the Dark Command(Splendor of Darkness SoD) for Bai. It is not EnMasse's fault that you think it is not working or that it is a bug. For EnMasse is only a publisher for the game and they did not create it, they have to follow the rules and decisions from what Naddic says and tells them to release and not release, and until then all you can do is save the Dark Fibers for Bai or just sell them off and wait when she can use them or until alot of people are selling the pieces for less in price. Everything with Bai right now is working as intended, nothing on that character is bugged. If there was then that would be a KNOWN bug on EnMasse's list to include, and if there is nothing with Bai included on the bug list then everything is working as intended. So before you all come to a conclusion and assume everything is bugged, try to understand why in the first place and maybe ask support or even on their official discord before saying things are bugged. I know the game is not a 100% clean working everytime, but give EnMasse a chance as they try to do their best at their best.
When Bai got released she only got White Zenith as that is what Naddic confirmed and allowed EnMasse to release for us. If Naddic has told them to also release Splendor of Darkness, then that would of also had been released together with Zenith. The thing is, Bai can use SoD and create it, but it is on an off switch right now, EnMasse can at anytime press the on button and we can use those Dark Fibers and create SoD for Bai, but as it stands, EnMasse is not allowed to do so, because Naddic has told them not to do it. Until then, when Naddic decides and will allow EnMasse to open it for Bai then you can cheer and get it. My advice is, just be patient and try to wait, I understand the frustration for everyone of you maybe prefer SoD than Zenith on Bai.
So yeah, either save the Dark Fibers for Bai or sell them and wait for lower prices on market.

Stuck at Endless Loading Screen
Yesterday, I was able to connect to the game with no problems. Now, I got trapped in this endless loading screen with just 7% complete after I clicked play in the EME Launcher. I have tried the repair tool, but it didn't fix the problem. Can anyone help me what cause this?
