Really good, as LoadedGamer said you'll need to learn the tactics, when to use cancel, iframe skills and combat dodge. There are bosses' attacks that can bypass the iframe of some skills, so you'll need to use combate dodge a lot, the timing must be a the same time the attacks happens or you'll have to use a lot of resurrection capsules.

Any kind of Raids?

Vitus and Mephisto: Mephisto quest gives the Lv75 Core Weapon, very useful. And with the materials they drop you can craft the Extreme Set, really useful and important, you will need it again in the future.

Gremory: She drops PNA Material for the Special Strain (and off/deff/uti), really important stuff.

Tiamat: Very good place to farm credits. You can get good lv70 gear, but you'll need to replace it around Lv75.

Irina and David: Irina Trinkets its a must, you'll need them for Puri. David gives Core, Mod and Amp; I'd say only craft the Mod and Amp; Extreme Core is more useful, I think?.

Purification Ops: The biggest endgame right now, core, trinkets, amp, modules, everything; you'll need to farm a lot and have RNG on your side. The equipment has 5 Tiers, and awakens 3 skills for each character, the Core awakens the first skill at T1 and the 2nd awakening (same skill) is at T3, increasing its damage and adding a new input or something. Purple Trinkets awaken the second skill, and the Green Trinkets awaken the third skill (skill ticket, always).

The last raid as of now, these Trinkets will replace Puri Trinkets.

And there are still Raids to arrive like Hoffman, these Insect-related bosses, and the 12 man raid.

Are there any dungeons that actually require Co-op to finish?

No necessarily, but the more the better. Is much easier to complete a dungeon with op people than doing it solo.

How it works is that you craft the Base T1 Wolfgang trinkets and then transcend them all the way to T3 Hoffman trinkets.

T2 to T3 uses the new Hoffman buglumps, the other materials are the same like reanimators, sync genes, stickies, etc. So yes, farming beforehand would benefit you for when Hoffman releases.
