I've told EME regarding this, as another player spoke out to me in the past. Currently, I have yet to hear anything back though, but I'll remind them.

I think the April Fool's one was only character, so you'll have to play with each character you want that visual frame with; but this one is only account, so one character craft the item and the others can use it, but this time isn't working

Upgrade one star costume to two star, also works for two star to three. Will remove the "cannot be repackaged"

You can buy it with your crew points in the Crew room with the Crew npc shop idk if ur leader or deputy has unlock that npc 😅

when you buy that chair emote with crew points do all your characters get access to to it or do you have to buy it separately for each character?
