Looks like others beat me to a reply. If you are hesitant to dispose of them you can always shunt them to an alternate character. This is what i've done with "boss drop" crafting material for when i eventually want to make those cosmetics.
Take note how all the items indicated don't have a rarity color to them (green, blue, purple). There are a few exceptions of this but its a fairly good starting point when needing to cleanup.

I don't think Yuri is interested in Nata that way, she just sees him as a sensei and that's it. I believe the one most likely to be Natasha's mother would be Hana.

here you go. marked with a red X are area mats that dont craft useful items so you can just toss those.
also the item on the last row on the right. i didnt see that till now :C
and there are a few other items that are optional, like the envelope things.

My opinion pretty much the same as above. except he missed a few xd
the envelope item is pretty much useless as far as I know. I got over a 1000, I just keep them in my inventory because they keep dropping in dungeons.

Could you share a screenshot of what is currently in there? That would be easier to recommend what you don't need.
