I didn't look closely on EULA/Terms of Service from EME, but did your character haven't in use more than a year? If is, then your account should be deleted automatically. If not, you must contact EME CS for further actions.
contact EME and see what they can do. you still have lots of time, all our account data that has not been transferred yet will be stored by EME until December 22nd. so if your account data has not been deleted you have over 2 months to get things sorted out.
Wait are you saying that if you didn't play the game for more than 1 year, you lose your account? I played one month when the game release, and didn't play since, did I loss everything?
You should not have lost your account if you went inactive.
