2018 first balance patch for Yuri, Seulbi and Jay

there was a balance patch for Yuri,Seulbi and J yesterday, here is the video show the changes for the three above characters, i created the thread yesterday but not sure why it just disappeared after editing something so i'll post it again.

Yuri

Shift : can press up or down arrow to change movement
automatic fire : +40% dmg
magazine launch : sword attack +40% dmg
rolling vulcan : remove second part attack, deal all damage in one part if EX automatic fire buff is activated

Yuri spiral : +100% dmg
master skill cube : -3s cooldown if skill chain is 2 or higher, physical / magical crit damage +25%

Yuri special : skill animation changed
advanced skill cube : air / back crit dmg +20%
exper skill cube : always do back attack
master skill cube : -5s cooldown if skill chain 2 or higher, +15% dmg

space suppression : +60% dmg

Yuri one slash : +25% dmg if enemies HP are below 30%
advanced skill cube : back dmg +30%
master skill cube : physical / magical crit dmg +30%

Special agent passive : can use shift twice, buff effect is not affected by skill level,
shift buff : physical / magical / air / back crit dmg +10%

EX zone supression : +60% dmg
master skill cube : shortens prepation time (when Yuri hold the sword and aim), always do maximum damage, final hit do 300% dmg

Yuri unbeatable : sword slash faster, +10% dmg

Seulbi (sylvi)

blade discipline : +100% dmg
charge cluster : +80% dmg
bust bombing : alwasy do air dmg

magnetic field emission : deal 5057% dmg (LV20) to surrounding enemies, gain invincible frame while casting
advanced skill cube : physical / magical def +15% . Magical crit dmg +20%
expert skill cube : phase power dmg +20%
master skill cube : regen 2% phase power per second

rail cannon : cast time is faster, +10% dmg
advanced skill cube : reduce second part cast time
master skill cube : always do back dmg

psychic satellite : gain invincinble frame while casting, always do air dmg

worm hole : skill speed increased
advanced skill cube : always do chase dmg
expert skill cube : consume one bit to enhance the skill

space sompression : gain 3 bits when cast, DOT dmg increased, explosion dmg decreased, total dmg +10%
expert skill cube : always do back dmg
master skill cube : +20% dmg if enemy hp is higher than 60%

satellite drop : alwasy do air dmg
advanced skill cube : add first hit damage (when the circle on ground hit enemy) damage : 10473% at Lv 20
master skill cube : always do back dmg

EX gravity field : do 2 parts damage, total dmg +60%
advanced skill cube : air / back dmg +10%
master skill cube : +30% dmg to enemies if their HP higher than 80%

Subway train crashing : always do air dmg
advanced skill cube : always do back and chase dmg
master skill cube : +20% dmg if enemies HP is below 40%

Special agent buff :
buff duration 20 seconds
effect :
magical crit rate : +24%
magical crit dmg : +30%
air crit dmg : +15%
back crit dmg : +15%
magical dmg : +15%

Jay (J)

anion punch : +100% dmg . Dragon kick +10% dmg
otcher catch : +50% dmg
omega 3 rush : +50% dmg. hit box is bigger

jade magnesium : +20% dmg
advanced skill cube : restore 5% HP and phase power when pull back the jade

calcium charge : +60% dmg
magnesium strike : second part will do a kick attack, always do air dmg

chiropactic : skill animation changed, total dmg +260%
advanced skill cube : +20% physical crit dmg
expert skill cube : always do back dmg
master skill cube : body slam and the kick +30% dmg to enemy with HP higher than 50%, grab attack +30% dmg to enemy with HP lest than 50%

headache : reduce the height of uppercut attack
vitamin combination : +30% dmg
i feel like flying : press skill key again to do ground slam attack, jump dmg +20%, always do air dmg
EX calcium charge : alwasy do air dmg

EX omega 3 rush : +20% dmg, gain 7% physical dmg buff
advanced skill cube : press skill key again to do a dragon kick (hold time 2.5 seconds)

EX jade magnesium : +20% dmg, alwasy do air dmg
advanced skill cube : phase power dmg +30%

2nd golden tine : hold the down arrow key to cast on the spot, alwasy do air dmg
expert skill cube : after using, gain a buff stack for healthy morning gymnastic, it will increase skill range and damage a lot. When using Enhanced healthy morning gymnastic J will automatically jump and do a ground slam so this skill will always do air dmg

my thoughts : Seulbi and J are better after this balance patch, Yuri is still kinda meh...
Seulbi and J players are gonna happy about this.

    This sounds like Levia levels of cancer in PvP.

    I like the changes tho =)

  • worm hole can be funny in situations like the enemy is staying next to the wall, RIP stack dmg , would work in pvp too XD

    To be honest all of these seem cool and all...but I kind of prefer the old animations (the ones we have right now).

  • Remind me to check back in 2-3 months when this goes live. Everyone in pvp complaining about sylvi just as much as with levia.

    So basically, Sylvi gets even more annoying and can do one move to end it all and yuri can be wlso 2x annoying especially since its annoying to catch one of them.

  • The changes seem nice, some of them fix some of the issues the characters had for a while.

    Especially the new double jump mechanic

  • the double jump dodge is kinda risky tho

  • It's really great, imo at least, it made her somewhat easier to use; risky, yes, but it made her more fun because that is technically a dodge in the air, and can be immediately used without having to wait for a skill animation to finish due to her inherent passive to cancel out normal skills, compared to the ground dodge.

    awakening heat shot : +30% dmg if enemy HP is lower than 30%

    master skill cube : restoration timing relaxed from 0.1s -> 0.5s

    battlefield : +10% dmg
    awakening cool your head : +40% dmg

    trick shot : +10% dmg
    advanced skill cube : second part deal 100% dmg

    pot shot :
    expert skill cube : always do back dmg
    master skill cube : gain max stack buff on cast, buff duration 30s

    phantom sniper : lock on all enemies in the front, reduce charge time, always do chase dmg even on air, anti aircraft,ground,air use will deal the same dmg
    advanced skill cube : +75%dmg, stack with situations use like awakening dive buff

    finish them : final explosion +200% dmg

    Special crew addition buff : when having 10 battlefield adaption stacks, pot shot and rapid fire will be enhanced, Tina calls out shotguns to assist fire
