EME Service Transfer and End of EMP Sales

A month ago, we announced that En Masse Entertainment is closing after over 10 years of operations. From all of us at En Masse, let us just say, it’s been a great ride. We made it this far largely because of the love and support we’ve always received from you, our players, and your enthusiasm for our games has always been the driving force for us in working on TERA and Closers. As we work to transfer service for these games to new publishers, guaranteeing the best possible player experience remains our primary focus. En Masse as a publisher may be calling it a day, but TERA and Closers will live on, and we aim to ensure that the service transition period is as seamless as possible for you.

To begin the process of transferring service, on Monday, September 14 we will discontinue cash sales of EMP and TERA Elite Status. TERA Elite Status vouchers will still be available to purchase with EMP via TERA in-game stores after September 14, but this date will mark the end of cash sales of both EMP and TERA Elite Status. If you wish to purchase EMP or TERA Elite Status time with real money, please do so by the end of Sunday, September 13 to ensure you do not miss out.

Along with this change, we plan to publish game-specific FAQ articles to help support you through this transition period and limit interruption to your enjoyment of TERA and Closers. Complete service transfer details will not yet be available on September 14, but you can look out for the basics on what’s happening with both games then, and we will plan to update each game’s FAQ page with more information as it becomes available.

It has been an honor and privilege to work on these games, and to have you all as our players. We are profoundly grateful for your support, and during this interim period, we are committed to guiding you through a smooth publisher transition for both TERA and Closers.

Stay tuned and as always, thank you for playing.
