Anyone know which quests give the golden repair hammers and how to complete them?

One of my alts was power leveled to level 59 so far and I could use the hammer. Not sure which quests you get them at or where I need to go.

    its around 60-65 not sure which one maybe skyship ones. also its character bound anyway

    its the one of the supplementary (i think)quests that u get in SH....first is the one with weapon reward (skyshboat weap), then the two ones with armor, then the enhancing material reward (golden hammer and some whetstones)
