Missing EVO materials

in Public Test Server Information

For the PTS server, you provided a large amount of materials needed to enhance and EVO gear, but you did not include any of the Stuffin's Footprints which are required on newer gear for evolution. Were the Stuffin's Footprints left out of the materials supplied on purpose? Is the expectation we need to go farm PTS to hopefully get Footprints to drop?

Maybe I am missing something??
