You can currently trade the Raid brooch like etchings IV bug after you finish the quest to convert Vergo's head to brooch.

    The brooch is still bugged and trade able after you craft the head into the brooch

    I mean you can only make 1 per character so the person who trades it can't craft it again for themselves.

    Also making a bunch of threads about this isn't going to get it fixed any quicker. It's already on the known issues list.
