Etching designs III drop

Please, tell me, where to get level III (Master) etching designs?

Someone telling me that they will drop in GG (Ghillieglade) but their drop chance is around 0.01% (Which is REALLY low, for sure), so...

Maybe someone will tell me where can I get these? I mean, maybe some other dungeons will drop them, or somewhere else? Because someone in global chat told me that their prices on brokerage is pretty "nothing", but... Oh well. I dont have an extra 30k in my pockets for such stuff, you know. (By the way its only for ONE SCROLL, and there is A LOT OF THEM, like keen, grounded and so on~and so on...)

So I just want to know where I can get lvl III etchings (Not counting GG and brokerage sources), please, help me.

    All bosses from 65 dungeons can drop tier 3 etch design. but the chance is the same as ghillieglade
