There are already too many useless crystals. Who even uses the ones that are for minions and regular monsters?
But yes, new, useful ones, would be nice.
There's no such thing as diversity in games that offer multiple options, there's always 1 clear set of options for every class. The additional options in those games only serve as a waste of time/confusion for inexperienced players.
This (and Tera crystals and buffs in general, the charms of old included) keeps reminding me of this post about a roguelike's buffs; but then that game has a vastly different, uh, business(?) model.
I agree kubit.
I wrote an entire ponderance here about how maybe combos of meaningfully powerful aspd and cdr crystals to match the usual critpower ones, and a choice of nostrums especially for healers, and then tying a full set of those power crystals to ilvl, could be added (back) to let people do their thing. I also used proper Unicode emoji, though, so the forums got scared and lopped off everything after the first one. Oh well.
