    It's normal to move onto another job. It has nothing to do with whether Tera is succeeding or failing. Even people who work for very successful corporations/games still move on. Blizzard/Riot sees people came and go frequently, even people who have high positions. Not everyone wants to remain in the same position for very extended periods. It's just that in these other business you generally aren't aware of the come and going as most of them don't interact with their customers (or aren't known), so it's all done in the background.

    May I remind you that the Fastest "Bug" Fix by EME in TERA NA history was Tier IV etchings "tradeable" via parcel.
