The 65 only change for outlaw ruined openworld, FF vo is infested with 3+ lowbie healers cleansing and BM healing peoples duels/deathmatches/raid vs raid pvp because they can't be attacked.

Are you even on FF? I hang out and duel in VO all the time and have literally never seen a 64 healer BM a duel. You'll see them occasionally in small scale ganks and in some raid fights as well, but only in non-consensual/semi-consensual situations like that. They also don't make any more of an impact than a 65 healer would in large scale fights anyway. I do agree something should be done about them, but talking out of your [filtered] doesn't help anyone.

And regarding the OP's post, I agree with everything, and would very much like to see changes along these lines. Though I do think I should state it was the rewards that had BGs popping last patch more than anything, though I would be happy to go back to unequalized FWC as well. The solo queue only would also be ok, but if you want it to work properly it should also be accompanied by a matchmaking change that randomizes teams so people can't synchronize when they queue to end up on the same team. A rebalance of equalized gear to more closely reflect the balancing of open world gear would also be nice.
