Sound Stutter

I took a break from the game after the brawler came out and I'm just coming back. Now my sound at random times stutters then lags insanely bad till I restart the game. Not good if you're a tank. I did a search for the issue and I see several ppl had the same issue in 2015 but no fix was ever posted. Maybe someone remembers a fix for this problem. The computer is WELL over kill for the game and this game is the only one that has the issue.

    Most likely it's a conflict with a USB game controller that's plugged in (whether you're using it or not). Most likely if you unplug it, the problem will solve itself immediately.
