The endless RNG
I mean I do realize that RNG is a part of most MMO.
Those dragon scales, either the system need to be changed or they need to be removed. It's such a waste of time and energy that I would like to have something different in that place.
In BG's jackpot event's, so very few are interested in dragon scales, because it's very RNG. I'm not saying it's need to be easy, but damn, if as a casually play I can get 50 scales in 1 month. Having 0.1% of getting dragon and then I need to collect 8 scales to get another 0.1% chance of getting dragon. It's time to stop!

The RNG Gods will never hear your pleas. They are amused by your suffering. Such is the life of players who hate the RNG. Embrace the RNG gods and your life will get better.
I wish we had something useful instead of dragon scales.
