I'm finding it weird that I'm experiencing this in this game and not any other. anyone else experience this? This began only after the last patch but I don't see anything different about this patch being different from prior ones so I don't know what's causing this.

    Probably camera settings.

    This is the only AAA MMO that I play that DOESN'T cause motion sickness to me, so maybe it varies from player to player

    I regulary got motion sickness from the Quake Engine. This is because the side to side movement of the camera while moving.

    Check if you have unneeded camera movements (e.g. automatic zooms) that you could disable. Perhaps extent your max zoom and completely zoom out. I didn't see any changes since last patch. It's not like BHS can implement a new game engine with a small patch.

    Double check that your camera settings and zoom settings didnt get reset for any reason.

    Check your PoV. The update might have overwritten your ini file.
