I do not see any VM8.5 Retool discussion going on.
if there were, I should be seeing it by now. I'll keep an eye on KTERA and create a new VM9 document next week or so if i see anything worth mentioning.

I loved BRNM/HM. although it's only NM, im glad to see it come back. Im going to IMS that whenever I'm bored.
They are not high-end dungeons. BHS will release HM soon when people get familar with NM.
ANd BR, TS, DF are just for farming VM mats like LKNM/HM and RMNM now.

I'm curious how much of an upgrade VM9 will be to Ambush/Behemoth. If it isn't a significant increase, I could see some people staying in Behemoth, since it can't be sold to help fund the cost of the new VM.
Also curious if when Harrowhold is brought back if it'll then drop items to retool to a VM9.5
Is that their new way of making all gear equalised without giving people EQ gear?
KTERA adds dungeons on 3 separate patch unlike NA which we get a batch patch (except the famous FIHM shenanigans)
There will be 3 patch phases:
Phase 1 Patch: 1/12
Velika Underground NM
Phase 2 Patch: 1/25
Velika Underground HM
Velik Sanctuary NM
Phase 3 Patch: some time between 2/2~2/16?
Velik Sanctuary HM
Also, i think they are trying to say that, instead of keeping the same dungeon for the entire VM cycle, they want to try to add or replace dungeon more often.
Not really.
There will still be traps who can't clear BRNM. These people not knowing the jump mechanic (the sole reason why you shouldn't put spacebar as combo key), not knowing how to cleanse themselves in pool, and being a floormat to Fulminar's ez mechs.
Shame that we love Tera more than BHS the developer. What a shame.

I wasn't sure what it meant either. I'm guessing it's intended for PvP, but i don't have much experience in PvP to really know what it is.

going word by word by spacing:
One / to target/ skill / effect is / continuously / applicable / to / not / be changed.
reorganizing by grammar:
The skill's effect has been changed to that it cannot be applied to a target repeatedly.
I'm still not entirely sure what it is. I've been looking at the forums for a while now but i dont see useful info related to it that clears up what it does.
EDIT: Just confirmed, those three skills specified became trash in PvP and Mystics are getting kicked in Battlegrounds.
I'd assume that if I slept a person(or a mob?) you couldn't sleep it again before the duration of my sleep ends thus permasleeping somebody. It could also mean an immunity buff(that already exists in Tera anyway) but it doesn't make much sense considering the cd vs duration of those skills on players.
