    lmao but yeah, comparing the new service, old customer service is way better.

    i.e - live customer support/ back then you can unbind costume to another character, and lots i could go on but i'm just here to say the new management suck. there was one time our new community manager told us how eme decides how stuffs gonna work for us but i don't think that's really the case, whatever/anything ktera has to offer, eme just implemented them w/o an actual care about the player base. if so, why aren't they removed the equalized fwc, or an effort to brought back the pvp scene as how treeshark did in the game since our community manager told us they are the one who decides not ktera.

    no canyon clash
    no skyring slam
    the guild event

    just cus some new staff guy doesn't want to continue the old legacy instead replace it with troll pvp and bams event

    and sure feel free to laugh and ban me, cause since obt up to this point, i had enough with the game with bhs and new management ruins it all. you can't even a critic. sincerely - averysaltyguy

    @Irritating actually when I am complaining is because I like EME Staff and Tera. New ones too, and I am just saying that we care what is going on and I know they do too. Just showing it to community is a very positive thing that EME should do. @Spacecats is fun CM, active, we want him around way more, he is positive and we like him around, there was a bound between community and staff which was great, hope to have it back but we can't just blame EME, community was toxic and rude time to time towards them.

    @LesbianVi i don't hate them it's a comparison and an example of the service they could offer or show how they really care about the current state of the game. i don't see any current cm actually plays the game except when they're hosting something, back then tonka minea harmonia would actually run dungeons and getting their asses handed to them just to find out whats wrong with it even with pugs . And, as they said they are in handle of everything when question pops out they totally blame it on ktera/bhs. the event i mentioned are an option to keep pvp on going in the game, instead you do a pvp then you put bams in it and held it for 1-2 hours, maybe they could run an event which lasted a day, tournament, ladder ranking etc. take an example and come up with something that lasted long, yearly event or something. but actually i was out of topic i actually was gonna quote and *lmao* but emotion swing and i wrote a lot, so i apologize for the previous post is out of topic.

    sure feel free to disagree as everyone have their own view, no hate but community is toxic in every game lol what they gonna expect? people are toxic irl as well. but at least, communicate with the toxic players until they reached a mutual understanding. not just," ktera decides fwc is gonna be equalized and if you don't like it then don't queue for it". then it died, since vm1 till now fwc was popping the most on starfall patch thanks to treeshark not ktera. anyway this is out of topic as well but i just feel like mentioning it.

    and how nice of me, this is my 1st complaints, in the old and new forum.
