Loot tables for current content dungeons?

Hey, so I've been curious, what are the loot tables for every dungeon? Because I've seen items drop that aren't listed and I'm eager to see what each dungeon possibly has up for grabs!

    Those that aren't listed are usually either rare drops or common drops in all level 65 dungeons.

    This includes: Etching III recipes unobtainable from shop, Crystal Box, Gear recipes, materials to craft Midtier gear, Tiered Spellbinds and Masterwork Enigmatic Scrolls, Personal Rare/Extensive Alkahests, Complete Crystalbinds, "Ore to ingot" recipes and Gold.
