My buddy up ended up early?

My buddy up was supposed to end Feb 7th. I know when I did buddy up because I got elite shortly after starting again and I bought elite on Jan 9th. I just hit 60 and I didn't get my box and such. If I log off I don't see that it says my char gets buddy up rewards. I know I saw it there yesterday. I wanted the 1000 fed credits and the +12 scroll :(

    Well, some times this can occur when you jump between levels (ex: 59 to 61), but that would be kind of silly to perform since the amount of EXP you get at that level would be too little to jump 2 levels. Another thing to mention is that you receive those items once you hit level 65.

    What I'm unsure is if your buddy deleted their character, and would that cause the buddy up to end abnormally... Anyways, if you believe that it was suppose to end on February 7th and the "Eligibility to use a Buddy Up Code" tab isn't there anymore, I suggest you contact support to help you out.

    Generally, this isn't exactly a bug they are looking for since this is account related, but make sure of where you post your problems in the future. If we have too many people posting problems like these in this sub-forum, eventually it will be not recognized as important to the Enmasse staff.
