What server is most populated with best ping ? and what class is most enjoyable to play, i like fast/dynamic/effective skill class, what you recommand me to play then ? thx, im from eu.

1.) Mount Tyrannas (MT) is the most populated server and offers open world PVP at max level, Tempest Reach (TR) is the second most populated but is a PVE server. As for ping I assume it is the same on all servers?

2.) This is always a hard question to answer. Many classes are ping reliant so it is best to pick a class you like depending on your ping, but I would recommend you try some classes out that sound good to you and make your own judgment!

Fast and dynamic sounds most like warrior to me, but I have no clue if that class is ping reliant or not. Worth a try, though ^^

I suggest brawler. It's an offensive tank (at least equal in DPS terms to average DPS class) that encourages aggresive playstyle - blocking with offensive skills, keeping rage bar up as much as possible. It also has a lot of mobility with bullrush and rampage. It's not very ping-sensitive, you can still easily avoid getting hit and get a decent DPS with ~150 ping (even if you get outdpsed by ppl with 50 ping, dps is still secondary objective for tank). Last thing is that Tera has tanks shortage, dungeon queues are really short/instant for that class.

Ping is same for all servers.

there are only two classes IMO that are considered fast and dynamic: Warrior and Ninja. Warrior is to a degree ping reliant but is still playable past 200+ms

Regarding to ping. The least populated servers like AV FF have relatively low ping and less spikes because they have low server loads.
Fast dynamic effective classes are ping sensitive. Unfortunately.

Server with best ping:
Tera's ping is due to their side of the Server or yours, so every server in tera has the same ping. It only changes by the amount of players logging onto tera which you have no control over.

Your expectation:
1) Playing with Very High Ping
2) Class is: fast + dynamic + effective
3) Fun and not frustrating

By these facts alone, the best class that fits these description is (in my opinion):
Archer because:
- they have highest crit chance
- deal millions of damage even if you can't use their Rapid Fire due to ping
- fast in terms of rotating your skills and attacking constantly
- multiple things to do, for example, marking enemies, casting rain of arrow, running and charging skill to hit behind
- they have a decent back-time (you want to fight behind for maximum damage
- they have 3 moving/dodging skills
- the more you practice, the more INCREASINGLY your overall damage becomes when mastered

Unfortunately, the best dynamic class are ninjas and warriors but due to your Very High Ping, it's strongly advise for you to not play those classes if you're interested in very endgame content and possible harassment of other players.

CH is the most populated server is case of having Nuts. If you are a nut, DO NOT hesitate and join CH.

I like Celestial Hills as a server in general(Lack of open world PvP?), Mount Tyr if you enjoy a competitive environment.
Fey forest is a no-go.(Only reason to join this server is the decent amount of open world pvpers)

AV is sorta dead, and I've never visited TR.
Also the PVE'rs in MT are way more bad [filtered] than those in TR. Just saying.
