Helllooooooow all !

I have a noob question ! I've see on internet we can make the game in FR, but you need to modifiate a file for that. Is it true ? We can do that or enmass punished the people do that ?

Please tell me if I can make TERA in French and how .. English is sooo hard for me é.è

    I think only EU TERA client has a French version.

    stick to eu server... not only do you have a fully localized client but also a dedicated server for french speaking users...

    Tera Enmasse is more cool and got active players. For me the EU is dead. And i have my character on Enmasse and i've paid my mount on Enmasse, so.. Just a people say how make him in French but i don't know if enmasse banish or punish pple do that /:

    french localization is only possible with the eu client. trying to do so with the na client just changes every letter to a box.

    na tera is less active than eu during eu peak hours so unless you're nocturnal you'll find that eu is more active

    normally when you cannot interact with people in the game because of language barrier/ different time slots the game becomes dull and non-engaging...
    like most foreigners if you don't have a pack of friends that stick together you likely to leave the game in the short run...

    The "no mods" policy isn't because they'll ban you. It's because they don't want to encourage people that don't know what they are doing to try it, break their game, and then spam tickets asking EME to fix it for them. It's also not allowed to be discussed on the official forums. In short, you can, just don't talk about it here, and if something breaks it's on you.

    Changing the file names is definitely not gonna work.

    actually changing the file names will work... as long as the names are identical the system will try to read it as it support multiple input... in fact you can go as far as changing everything from the ground up from voices to texts... but this will mess up your client whenever a stealth update put in place...

    Maybe keep it as is and use it to practice your english owo? I hear there are some french guilds in NA, maybe look for those, they should be able to help you with what you don't understand. Better than unecesarily breaking your game :v!
