I think it has to do with Behemoth vm8.5 gear. I mean, yeah, *usually* old VM = about 12% better than new mid tier, and that is probably still true if you consider old VM to be Behemoth instead of Ambush.
The game is made firstly for Korea where Behemoth is more common. My guess is that between now and the Lunar update EME will make Behemoth much easier to get, which would fix a lot of your concerns. (Except that Behemoth isn't liberateable apparently)
This is really true. The level of overall ease to complete a set of mid-tier and +12 it for even a casual player within a couple of weeks of its release points to that player being extremely new, lazy or simply not concerned with their contribution to any party. Even if you managed to prove you are a competent player, lacking a basic level of gear will just make you a drag on groups and people will just look past you rather than taking you along to essentially carry.
Its like being level 65 and still using cruxes instead of niveots. When people see that, the only assumption is that you are going to have a sup-par contribution to a group.
i dont think RMHM ping dependent u can do fine in 250ms max, more than 250 anything is unplayable. I play brawler in 200ms and do fine in rmhm , just need to get used because time is different for high ping
