Graphic Problem after Maint

Is it just me... or the optimization of the game is completely screwed after this new maint? Same graphic setting and all that, I'm lagging af atm even on char selection screen.

    I feel like things got better visually, I can't trust my eyes much too, cause a bit colorblind and also blind as heck : B)

    I am not sure but I think there are some improvements O.o
