Level 60 Scroll Cannot be used by Ninjas!?

So bought a level 60 scroll for my Ninja just to find out Ninjas can't use it ? why is that and how come they did not put that very bit of detail in the description ? If I can get a refund of EMP that would be great but feel like i just wasted 50$ for nothin.

    They're not usable yet till maintenance on tuesday(Don't hold me to that and lets get confirmation from @Spacecats ) as we had the server first titles to clear up first :) but after they will be usable again for ninja and all other classes

    k well if it's just a matter of waiting for Tuesday I can deal with that, but they should get in their Store and change the description to use not usable at the time for Ninjas so people like me do not make the same mistake which i am sure loads have already.

    It's not something new and everyone were aware, even there are threads on forums posted several weeks ago.
