I had to ask about this.
For what purpose and why do we have Quarter day signs now as I have not seen anything announced in the patch notes regarding these.

I stumbled upon this at Highwatch on the Tempest Reach Server. 2/08/17 12:46am central time.

    We don't have them in the shop, but people bought them en masse (bad pun I know) when EME accidentally left it in the celebratory merchant for an hour or so.
