Wrong item descriptions and wrong welcome msg
Well, I do not think they are bugged but just mistakes. But let me just leave them here so that GMs can notice them. And it might be considered "multiple things in a single post" but please understand I am not that enthusiastic to do that.
1. Wrong welcome msg
I guess it should be fixed long time ago (like several months ago) when TERA removed alliance system. The welcome message says;
"The next alliance territory PVP starts in 3 hours, 27 minutes" (it is now 3:33am EST, Feb 10, 2017)
Simply, We do not have alliance anymore.
2. Wrong item descriptions
2-1. Traditional Bleakfields BBQ
I found this typo like a few months ago, but it's still not fixed. Look at the screenshot.
The description says, "Increase healing effects by 9% for 1 sec..............."
1 sec????
2-2. Halloween candy
I already mentioned this typo when the description has been changed. Basically, KTERA changed it "bankable" with warrior revamp patch. When we got warrior revamp patch, the description has been changed, but it is not actually bankable.
Please fix the description, or make it bankable.

Hm,,well, that is what I exactly expected. EME have an access to only restricted stuff like Welcome message or drop rate, etc, but they do not have the access to majority of in-game feature including TEXT. So I just wish EME noticed this TYPOs to BHS so that BHS will give them a fixed patch.
Another expectation of mine on this typos is that, Halloween candy will be changed to "bankable" item in the future, cuz KTERA already made it bankable, and KTERA patch eventually comes to NA by either official patch or accidental leak.
All this brought me that 1. EME does not even have the right to fix typos by themselves without BHS's permission, 2. EME does not even care to ask BHS to fix them, 3. EME asked but BHS does not care since they do not affect in game like.."It's just a typo".
I do not really think it requires more than 10min work to fix these typos. I understand they (EME or BHS) are focusing on somrthing more important, but it has been several months since these typos were reported, but doing nothing on them makes people to think you do not care about the game anymore.
