I have just downloaded Tera yesterday, Itried to log in today but I CAN'T THE LAUNCHER KEEPS TELLING ME "user authentification failed"
Please help i really want to play this game.

    Does it work trying to log on the TERA Website? if it does, then its a problem with the client, and you should contact support or try playing on Steam and such, if it doesn´t, you typed in something wrong.

    Make sure you don't have caps lock on (or off, if you made your password with it on).
