    Yep seince last Mongo Event cant open my Catalysts have now more than 300 and if the server meintenance fix it its rip i lose all and cant open......

    Has anyone sent in a ticket about this specifically? I know that EME acknowledged that people were having issues but they never specified whether they were aware of people who couldn't actually 'claim' their tokens with this error, or if they just knew about the actual Kyra page being inaccessible.

    i am having the same problem even i have my inventory and bank full and i cant claim nothing yet, And the event will be over soon.

    The shack will be open until Tuesday, February 28 after maintenance. You can view your current catalysts and access the Potion Shack via the Welcome Window, as well as buy additional catalysts with EMP. After maintenance on Tuesday, March 7, any earned or purchased catalysts will be erased from player inventories and from the Welcome Window’s catalyst balance. So “use em or lose em!”

    so we have time and dont lose em till 7 march?
