I want to pay to transfer a character from one account to another account on the same server...

Is it possible?
The character level climbed without buddyup or benefits. It was my mistake for not establishing a main account..
Could you pass the character to another server and then pass it back to my server?

    Currently it isn't possible for the public. You're only allowed to transfer characters between different servers on the same account. I haven't played a MMO that allowed me to transfer characters between accounts before, so I don't believe it will ever be implemented with En Masse.

    to answer your question, it probably is possible, but they won't do it for you even if you offer to pay them for it.
