Why can't i use spellbind IX for tier 9 equipment when it says it in the description that you can?

    I could try to help you out, but I require more information on your problem. Can you provide some screenshots showing the item and how you're trying to use it on your T9 equipment? Any extra information can help so I can resolve your problem.

    Before you post the screenshots:

    You need to use spellbinds in the enigma process.

    When you use the masterwork enigmatic scroll on the item you are rerolling, you have to tick off the lines you want to lock. The number of Spellbinds will be used depending to the number of rolls locked (iirc 1 roll for t9 is 8 spellbinds). Tier-based Alkahest will always be used before universal.
