emp problem

in TERA PC - Bug Report
So i went to buy 1000 emp, and i was charged for 4k emp.
i got the 4000 emp, but was charged 40$ i only wanted a 1000 for 10$
The ticket submit is taking forever right now, and im wondering if i should kill the payment with my bank.
and thoughts? anyone know how to contact the company in real time?

    You'd just have to wait for your reply from En Masse through your ticket you've submitted. Normally they do not offer refunds but you might get lucky if you speak with the right person. Your account could be banned if you block a payment when purchasing EMP, as it's mentioned in the ToS for TERA, so it's best you don't do that. Just need to have patience, as issues like these has been resolved in the past, so I don't see why they wouldn't assist you.
