User Authentication Failed after Legendary Mongo event??

Well.. last night, after the Big Legendary Mongo event, welcome message server(store server) was too lagging because lots of people were redeeming their catalysts. I was also trying to redeem, and then I decided to relog TERA since the welcome message server(store server) was too lagging.
However, when I log in my TERA launcher, I got "User Authentication Failed" and could not log in.

I know what this message means. If a single player (or a computer or IP) logs in too many account (maybe 5 or 10?), then this error massage pops up. However, I had logged in ONLY A SINGLE ACCOUNT and still got this error massage. Indeed, at least two of my friends got the same issue so we three cannot log in TERA.

Did anyone get the same issue?

    I've had that issue some months ago and was apparently blocked for account trading, even though I hadn't done so. Best is to just contact support to lift the block, wouldn't know what else would work.
