Story quests not being shown

I just came back cause something sparked my interest again but I wanted to do some quests but I don't see the normal red question marks for the story quests anywhere on the map and the side quest bar has nothing also. And I am certainly not done with the questing

    Open the quest log/journal (default 'L') and check which ones are available to you, then click on the eye icon to display them on the quest tracker.
