Help with name reservation.

I haven't played Tera in a while. Today I checked the news to see there's the new class called Paragon. They said you could reserve a name for it and such by via login, but I did it at both the main site and the game, but at both the character selection I don't see anything for reservations. Could someone explain me more in detail what to do?

Sorry for my bad English. I'm an ESL person.

    There is a Banner, on Right of the screen on Character selection screen, it is blue if I remember correctly, there is a Hot Casta female Banner. Click on it, you can reserve the name, be careful, you can't change it after accepting it.
