Design Materials
I would like to see if it is possible for all design materials could be made by anyone with a skill of 500 or less without having to be an artisan. I believe it would open up a new money making opportunity that would also help those with the higher skillset to make the items without the hassle of trying to run dungeons or other things to have to come up with them.

you only need take a test for 500 +1 for be artisan in one craft.

By the way you can NOT be artisan at 500
If you want to craft everything with the same toon then let me tell you that is not posible.
You need at least one toon to master each profesion and to do get master at only one profesion you will need to buy some artisan crafted mats on broker.
You can get one profesion at master and the others at basic with 500 points reached.
The problem with crafting is that you can craft BiS gear and BiS jewellery without having even 1 point in any profesion at all.
And since mid tier is easier to get from runs or tokens then crafting became almost useless.
Is not because you cant craft everuthing with one toon but that nothing you can craft is worth your time and investment on mats.
