Base damage

i know its a dumb question but what does base damage do? in the case of zerkers and archers does the damage output while overcharging increases or surpasses the base damage of the skill?

    Basically:

    Damage = (Attack*SkillDmg*DamageMultipliers)/Defense

    Attack = (Base Attack)*(3+0,3*Base Power)*(1+(Bonus Power/(100+Base Power)))

    I have no idea how overcharge works tho..

    Also some theorycrafting junky could correct fi I got anything wrong.

    EDIT: It seems like that fully overcharging a skill will increase it's damage by 80% but I have not found a conclusive answer.
