Rally Quests issue

For some reason sometimes we accept Rally quests and Boss does not Spawn , and sometime we accept Rally Quests and Boss Spawn we killed it ect... But the Quest still UP till it failed. Here is a screenshot https://gyazo.com/8bdb8fa028dbdf877fb9bf28608f405f

    The BAM isn't spawned upon accepting the quest anymore. It automatically spawns randomly each day, you accept the quest when it is spawning, otherwise you won't complete it.

    Not getting credit for it when you participated is a glitch though.
